adventa is committed to supporting the visual arts.  What began with the Wye Tours in the mid 18th century remains strong today – the desire to capture the picturesque in oils, watercolours or charcoal. The visual arts in Monmouthshire encompass a wide range of traditional and contemporary crafts including sculpture, iron and woodwork, weaving, painting and photography.  The calm and beauty of Monmouthshire still provides inspiration for our many talented artists and craftspeople.
